Here are just a few pics of our 4th of July. It was nice to have a day off from work to just swim and have a bbq with family. Peyton loved the fireworks.. Laynie not so much, she liked them from a distance. She was calling them fire candles which i thought was kind of funny. Overall it was a nice HOT holiday and a pretty fun weekend. I just went back to work last week so it was also good to not have to put in a full week right when I came back. It was so hard to leave my babies but I just have to keep telling myself that its only for a few hours a day. I think lately Im just having a hard time adjusting to normal life. My hormones are still all crazy so I find myself on edge a lot and just kind of cranky. Having babies is not only hard on my body but I think its hard on me emmotionally. I look a what a beautiful baby boy I was blessed with and know that eventually things will get back to normal and that having him was so worth it. :)

I had a really hard time after James so you are not alone! He is so cute! I never could go back to work after I had Grace so I can only imagine how tough that must be. Do you still do the candle stuff?
It takes a lot of time for life to return to normal after having a new baby. The adjustment is really hard. Your right that our bodies are not the only thing that changes.
