Hooray for Tax Day!!

So I went to the doctor today and we scheduled my induction for 4/15/08 which is of coarse tax day! Im excited for this.. Im sure the time is going to fly by over the next 7 weeks! There is still so much to do that I just need to stay busy. Here is a picture of my lil man.

I never realized how much I love and rely on my house... until I am not in it. Well for all those who were wondering what was wrong with my ceiling it has to be redone because of some cracks and stuff... so hopefully the 3rd time was a charm. Valentines day was really nice we celebrated early because matt had to work thurs but we had a really nice dinner at melting pot. I cant believe that we have been together 6 years! (we got engaged on val day).
Now I just need to put my house back together this weekend.. thank goodness for 3 day weekends!
I had an ultrasound the other day and they told me that lil Peyton weighs almost 4 lbs Yikes! considering I still have 8 weeks to go. They said that he is measuring a week ahead so maybe that means he will be here early!
Another random thing happened this week and I thought I would share... this member that we have at the credit union came in the other day and asked one of my co-workers how many weeks I had left because my belly was to big!! What a beast!! I couldnt believe it.. (some people just open mouth insert foot). Who does he think he is the belly monitor? haha

Time is Flying by...

ok so this is my 29 week pic.. I cant believe how fast time has gone by this pregnancy I had Laynie between week 38-39 so if I do that again that will be that he will be here in about 10 weeks which is just crazy. I am so excited to see his little face. I did the 4 hour glucose test (which was horrible) and it came back fine so no gestational diabetes. I have been getting in this little fits where I just start organizing stuff these days, I guess its because I know there is still a lot to do before the little guy gets here.
My ceiling is getting redone for the 2nd time next week so we will be camping out at the sante fe for the week and hopefully they will get it right this time or I will have to cut someone!!
Laynie has been a little difficult these days with being sick and she knows the baby is coming so she has been trying to act like a baby. Im sure once he gets her she will understand more she has just been the center of attention for so long, im sure she will always be.. she will still be the only girl on my side with 3 boys.
When I get back I am going to start working on the baby room which I am super excited for I picked out some bedding for his room and I was surprised to see that they sold it at target online so I added it to my registry you guys will have to tell me what you think of it.

I need a vacation!!!

so I need a vacation in the worst way!!! My daughter has been sick for the past week and so she is more sassy than usual and isnt sleeping through the night, I failed my first glucose test so I have to wake up at 5am tomorrow to sit at the quest diagnostics for 4 hours to have the longer test to make sure I dont have gestational diabetes... yikes. On a lighter note though after going to the doctor the other day the little guy is doing good he already weighs 2.5 lbs and only a little less than 12weeks to go... but I think I am finally to that 20 lb mark which is a little crappy but as long as he is healthy that is all that matters. Just a little note for everyone note my family is planning a baby shower for me next month I think its going to be the 23rd so I will need everyones address!! Well I guess you could say I woke up on the wrong side of the bed today but atleast I feel better now. I cant complain to much because Life is good :).

the long awaited...

Ok so I am not the best at updating this blog thing but I have been a little busy lately... so here is the update I am almost 27 weeks! Yikes I know it is kind of crazy. In the pics you can definetly see I am prego to me it looks huge but I felt a little better the other day when I tried to put some pants on that I wore when I was pregnant with Laynie and they fell off! I am soooo excited to see this little guy I cant wait for him to come out. I just hope that he is healthy and that everything is good. My next new years project is to start decorating his room. I just need to decide on the crib bedding. Other than that life is good Matt started his new position at the Palazzo as the Valet Manager so I hope that everything works out for him. I am so proud of that guy I love him to death. Well I suppose I should get ready for bed now even though sleeping is getting more difficult, I will try to use what time I have left before I am waking up every few hours!!

My Christmas Surprise

I love my hubby more than anything but this christmas I was SOOOO surprised by the present that I received from him that it made me realize one of the reasons why I love him so much. In the beginning of December I had went to the mall to show Laynie Santa and since Zales was right across the way I went in to look around. I found this band to go with my wedding band that fit perfectly! I didnt think I would be getting it anytime soon I took the business card and put it in my purse. Well about a week before x-mas Matt started joking with me that he got me a video camera which I thought was strange because we already have a nice one.. but there was a heavy box under the tree with my name on it. Normally I would try to shake it but it was just TOO HEAVY. Well Christmas morning came and I started to unwrap it to find that it was not a camera at all it was a box with old sunday school manuals, my scriptures, a screwdriver a wrench and who knows what else in it.. but there at the bottom was the little black box from Zales. I opened it and there it was the ring I had picked. So here is the end result!

Well here are the long awaited belly pics.. I havent put any on here before because it seems as if it just grew like double the size in the last 2 weeks, or as my brother says its called bigbellyitis. I love this little guy so much and after all I have been through this year I didnt know if he would ever get here. Through so much heartache I have been rewarded with so much happiness. I am so thankful for every kick that he makes and I cant wait to see his little face. I think the name that we have decided on is Peyton Aaron Evans. The belly seems big to me but for being 5 1/2 months I cant complain to much because I am still wearing most of my non-preggie clothes. My goal is to NOT gain 50 pounds like I did with Laynie! I guess as long as the little guy is healthy that is all that matters. I will put more pics up as he gets bigger.. and me too!
